Returns & Refunds

Our policy for returns, refunds, and damaged or incorrect orders.

Strict No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our laboratory research compounds, peptides, and injectable vials, we operate a strict no-refund and no-return policy once an order has been dispatched. All sales are final.

Our products carry serious hygiene, cross-contamination, sterility, and biological degradation risks if returned. Because temperature control, storage integrity, and seal sterility cannot be independently verified once an item has left our laboratory facility, returned goods cannot be accepted, re-stocked, or redistributed under any circumstances. This protocol strictly protects the safety, purity, and analytical integrity of our catalog for all research clients.

Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Orders

While all completed dispatches are non-refundable and non-returnable, we guarantee that all items leave our laboratory in pristine condition. If your order arrives physically damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Email info@myreta.co.uk with your order reference number (e.g. MYR-XXXXXXX).
  2. Attach clear, high-resolution photographs showing the damaged outer delivery parcel, product packaging, and batch details.
  3. Our team will verify the issue within 1–2 business days and arrange an immediate replacement dispatch at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled prior to laboratory packing and dispatch. Because we fulfill and dispatch orders promptly on a first-come, first-served basis, cancellation requests must be sent to info@myreta.co.uk or via WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been packed and handed over to Royal Mail, it cannot be recalled, returned, or refunded.

All products sold by My Reta are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption.

In compliance with laboratory biosafety and hygiene standards, items cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and report any courier damage within 48 hours.
