Returns & Refunds

Our policy for returns, refunds, and damaged or incorrect orders.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original, unopened condition.
  • The original packaging and labelling are intact and undamaged.
  • The item has been stored correctly (as per the product storage instructions) since receipt.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used vials. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our research-grade products and to comply with health and safety requirements.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Do not return goods without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

  1. Email info@myreta.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide a return authorisation and instructions for sending the item back.
  4. Items must be returned using a tracked shipping method. My Reta is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email info@myreta.co.uk with your order number.
  • Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or incorrect item.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage where applicable.


Important Notice

All products sold by My Reta are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if there is reasonable evidence that a product has been used, tampered with, or stored incorrectly. Refunds will not be issued for opened vials under any circumstances.
