2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using myreta.co.uk and/or placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by My Reta are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes only. They are not intended for, and must not be used for, human or animal consumption, therapeutic purposes, or any clinical application.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or professional purchasing these products solely for legitimate scientific research.
• You are aged 18 or over.
• You understand and accept that these products are not approved for human use and are not medicines.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the handling, storage, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
• You will not resell or redistribute our products for human or animal consumption purposes.

My Reta accepts no liability for any use of products outside of their stated research purpose.

4. Products & Orders

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel any orders placed based on incorrect information.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our confirmation of dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where:

• A product is out of stock or discontinued.
• We are unable to verify customer eligibility.
• A pricing or product description error has occurred.
• A payment cannot be authorised.

Product Availability & Equivalent Substitutions: We stock certified laboratory-grade research compounds from verified manufacturing partners, primarily Apex Peptides and Genesis Peptides. In the event of temporary inventory shortages or out-of-stock situations for a specific brand (e.g. Apex or Genesis), we reserve the right to dispatch an alternative brand or equivalent product of matching chemical composition, concentration, and purity (≥99%) to ensure uninterrupted fulfillment of your research orders. All alternative compounds are subject to identical independent analytical verification standards.

First-Come, First-Served & Stock Delays: Orders are allocated and fulfilled on a strict first-come, first-served basis. In instances where demand exceeds on-hand inventory before your order is processed, fulfillment will be scheduled and dispatched immediately upon receipt of new stock from the manufacturer. Any temporary restocking delay does not affect the postage service paid: once manufacturer deliveries are received at our laboratory, your package will still be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® (or your chosen Saturday guaranteed service) for next working day delivery before 1pm.

All product weights, concentrations, and purities are stated as supplied by independent third-party testing (Janoshik Analytical). Batch-specific certificates of analysis (COAs) are available on request.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service and security standards.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item is temporarily awaiting arrival from the manufacturer, it will be dispatched immediately upon receipt using your selected priority shipping method (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®). Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. My Reta is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, manufacturer supply timelines, adverse weather, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or discrepancy.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products as sensitive laboratory research compounds, peptides, and biological reagents, we operate a strict no-refund and no-return policy once an order has been dispatched. These products carry serious hygiene, cross-contamination, and biological integrity risks if returned, and cannot be re-stocked, re-tested, or resold under any circumstances.

All sales are final once dispatched. Please review our Returns & Refunds page for further information regarding our hygiene protocols, as well as procedures for reporting items damaged in transit or order discrepancies within 48 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on myreta.co.uk — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product photography, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to My Reta and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Reta excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions — whether express or implied — including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Reta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
