3. Research Use Only

All products sold by My Reta are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes only. They are not intended for, and must not be used for, human or animal consumption, therapeutic purposes, or any clinical application.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or professional purchasing these products solely for legitimate scientific research.
• You are aged 18 or over.
• You understand and accept that these products are not approved for human use and are not medicines.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the handling, storage, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel any orders placed based on incorrect information.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our confirmation of dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where:

All product weights, concentrations, and purities are stated as supplied by independent third-party testing (Janoshik Analytical). Batch-specific certificates of analysis (COAs) are available on request.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service and security standards.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. My Reta is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or discrepancy.
