How do I track my order?

You can track your order at any time from your customer portal, which shows your order status — including once payment has been completed and once your order has shipped. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@myreta.co.uk.

What payment methods do you accept?

We do not take payment live at checkout. Once your order details have been verified, we send a secure payment link by email — this can take up to an hour depending on demand for the service. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folder. You can also check your customer portal at any time to see when payment has been completed.

How do I return an item?

Due to serious hygiene, sterility, and biosafety risks associated with research compounds and injectable vials, we operate a strict no-return and no-refund policy once orders have dispatched. If an item arrives physically damaged or incorrect, please visit our Returns & Refunds page and contact us within 48 hours with photos for a prompt replacement.
